- Long description
- Composite bow sections, most likely that of Japanese and Chinese bows. The sections are oval, round and roughly triangular in shape. Numbering 9 in total, each with layers of wood, animal sinew and animal horn. Stored in a glass fronted metal box, which is embossed with 'JAHNCKE'S PATENT' on the shorter sides. 1992.8.3.19Rectangular lacquered gaming tray with sloping sides, part of a lacquered gaming box set. The base is plain black lacquer-ware on the inside, with a gold rim.
