Description
Box containing cut sections from numerous composite bows. [ASh [OPS move] 13/2/2018]
Long description
Composite bow sections, most likely that of Japanese and Chinese bows. The sections are oval, round and roughly triangular in shape. Numbering 9 in total, each with layers of wood, animal sinew and animal horn. Stored in a glass fronted metal box, which is embossed with 'JAHNCKE'S PATENT' on the shorter sides.
