This object was examined along with others from the Chamberlain Collection by Sekiko Matsuzaki-Petitmengin on 27 June 2003 [SM 16/10/2008]
This object was examined by Professor Itaru Chijiwa during his research visit in December 2010. He noted that the writing on this object says that there are 18 variations in the way that it can be folded. He also noted that 1908.82.738 and 1908.82.739 are a pair depicting a princess and a prince. [SM 15/12/2010]
