- Long description
- Quiver. Formed of a central cylindrical bark covered container, flanked by two carved wooden plates with ogee edges. These are bound to the container by wrapped strips of bark which entirely cover the surface of the central container. The lid is formed of a folded strip of bark and is connected by twisted cord to the container. There is a central decoratively carved rib attached to the front of the container via the bark strips also, featuring foliate and geometric designs. [BS [OPS move] 11/9/2017]
