Long description
Agricultural hoe with small angular wooden handle and large iron blade. The handle is cylindrical with a pointed head at an acute angle. The openwork blade has a solid D-shaped section attached to a D-shaped frame, with a very long tang running through this and projecting significantly from the reverse. It flares and terminates in a straight edge. Altogether the blade and tang are convexly curved. The handle is bound to the tang with string. [JC [OPS Move] 18/1/2017]
