- Long description
- Sword with straight, single edged blade with a decoratively carved and perforated hilt and a copper alloy grip and guard. The hilt expands at the butt and is decoratively carved, perforated and incised. Below this it is bound with a band of plaited split ?cane. The grip is ridged and the hilt has a small, circular copper alloy guard that has a ?stamped design on one surface. The grip is ridged. [SM 15/04/2008]
