- Small decorative envelope (Pochibukuro). This envelope (2024.22.39.5) is one of four envelopes (2024.22.39.2-5) contained within a larger envelope (2024.22.39.1) and which align to create a single, continuous scene.
- Long description
- Small rectangular paper envelope with printed decorative design (Pochibukuro). The envelope depicts five white mice in a spa. A mouse in the foreground dresses in a white gown with blue pattern, two mice wash and two serve as spa staff. The spa has beige wood panelling covering its floor and walls, with a sign in Japanese on the back wall and a green carpet in the foreground. The reverse of the envelope is a natural colour.
