Long description
Knife [.1] with single edged blade and copper alloy and ?horn handle, for sheath [1913.48.6.2]. The blade is decorated on one surface with a design made of punched dots. The handle is tapered at either end. It is made copper alloy at either end and shaped discs of red and black ?horn which are sandwiched together in layers. Some ?horn layers are also inlaid with copper alloy wire. [SM 22/06/2007]
