Description
Flute decorated at one end with bird and plant designs.
Long description
Flute decorated at one end with bird and plant designs. The flute is formed from a length of bamboo which has been painted or stained a dark brown colour. There are five finger holes and one thumb hole. There may have been a mouthpiece attached to the top, which is now missing. The bottom part of the flute is unstained, and has been decorated with curvilinear patterns of vines, with bunches of grapes coloured in green, and bird figures which have been coloured in red.
