Description
Ceramic vessel in 3 pieces [.1-.3]
Long description
Vessel, rounded in shape and made of buff coloured pottery in three pieces [.1, .2, .3]. The vessel has a small base and a wide mouth and has been burnished on the outside. The mouth is painted on the outside with a line of red ?pigment. The main body of the vessel [.1] has been broken and repaired at some point. [.2] is an old break, whereas [.3] is a newer break. [.2] and [.3] are both rim sherds. [SM 06/02/2008]
