Description
Model of snow shoes [.1, .2] in framed box. Snow shoes have wooden frame with string stetched in net pattern, decorated around the edges with tufts of red yarn.
Long description
Model snow shoes, the wooden frame bulging out in the middle the ends coming together at the back forming a trailer. The netting is divided into 3 by 2 cross pieces, the middle and largest being woven with double strands leaving a space in front of the toe. All 3 parts are woven from 3 sets of strands, the 2 end parts attached to the selvage strands looped round the frame through perforations where a tuft of red yarn is caught in.
