- Parfleche, Rectangular box type bag of hide decorated with geometric designs in red, blue, yellow and green pigment. The bag is made from sections of animal hide that are stitched together with hide strips. The vertical joins also have strips of red textiles, which are ?machine stitched. The bag is fastened closed with hide strips. [SM (Verve) 03/03/2014]
