Long description
Rudder associated with the boat 1984.2.1 .1. Made from wood with the lower half of the rudder having been painted white. The upper half is varnished. There is a wooden projection on the reverse that would allow it to slot into the boat. There are two small nails inserted into the back of the rudder, one of which is bent. It is not certain that this rudder belongs to the boat 1984.2.1 .1 as it appears to have not broken off of it, however it was found inside it during the OPS Move Project. See records 1984.2 .1 - .18 for all associated pieces. [ASh [OPS move] 05/10/2016]
