- Wooden match. Rectangular match with pointed top. The pointed end has been dipped in a yellow substance, possibly sulphur. The tinder box and lid associated with this object is 1938.35.1141 .1 - .2. Also associated with this object is a steel [.3] three other matches [.5 - .7], a damper [.8], and tinder [.9].
