Research and responses

The stone cooking vessels are turned from a single piece of stone. According to the website Valtellina pietra ollare from one piece of stone you can make a set of pots, starting with the largest first and using a special hooked tool to separate the pots. http://www.expovaltellina.it/english/pietra-ollare/index.htm [accessed 16/06/2015].
