Research and responses

According to the Encyclopedia Britannica Online, Travancore is the name of a former princely state in southwestern India, now part of Kerala state. As the accession book entry only indicates what two of the five different stages are, they have been placed on one database entry for the moment; this may be altered when the objects are seen and retrieved.
