The brother of RG Woodthorpe, J. Dalton Woodthorpe, lived in Cheltenham, and was a family friend of the Wilsons. See RDF for J. Dalton Woodthorpe's 1916 donation of artefacts which mentions Ida Wilson. It is likely therefore that they acquired the collection of drawings from him. [CM 23/05/2011]
