- Description
- Plain model of cradle in undecorated wood. [JN 24/5/99]
- Long description
- Description by Marcia Anderson, Chief Curator, Minnesota Historical Society, at 1999 visit: Cradle board. This is a typical cradle board construction with a slab base and bent wood parts put together with leather strips. The headbar is typical of this area with a dip in the centre. The board looks as thought it might have been nailed to something at one time via two nail holes in the base of the slab and the cross piece underneath. There is a pencil mark on the base which reads either '20' or 'oe'. [MdeA 9/3/2000]
