Long description
A circular strip of woven material used to squat or sit comfortably on the ground. The strip has been woven with black, white, green, red, yellow and orange yarn. The 'chair' has been woven using a warp-faced weave. The pattern consists of narrow stripes of black, white, green, red and yellow with two thicker stripes with black and orange lines and white and black lines with a narrow stripe of green, red and orange and a broad stripe in the centre of green which is 12 mm wide. The weft threads have been looped into both selvage edges so that they can not be seen. The strip of fabric has been stitched together at both ends to form continuous loop of material.
