Description
Rectangular wooden dao carrier (for dao 1923.84.460.1) with carved curvilinear design, threaded on textile belt covered with coix seeds. [LM 28/2/2007]
Long description
Fringed belt is of indigo dyed cotton textile with brocaded patterns in red wool. There are two sections of coix seeds. One end of the belt has been folded obliquely and caught down by bone and bamboo fastening. [LM 28/2/2007]
