Incomplete copper alloy rowel spur, missing the rowel. It has a U-shaped heel band and bifurcated neck, broken at the end. The arms of the heel band would have both terminated in two loops, however only one loop is complete and three are broken. [JC [OPS Move] 6/4/2017]
