The beginnings of a fan, consisting of a bunch of four dyed fronds. [JC [OPS Move] 28/10/2016]
Long description
Description added by [RJ 24/2/2003] - A bunch of four dyed fronds split and joined together with around an inch of braiding to start a fan. The thick bases of the fronds protrude from the start of braid. As the braid finished, the split fronds fan out. Secured further with an elastic band.
