Description
Textile bag with woollen tassels.
Long description
Bag of cotton double cloth with two small pockets and tassels of red and brown wool. [El.B 'DCF 2004-2006 What's Upstairs?' 5/1/2006] Bag of balanced double-cloth in brown and cream, with geometric patterns. Woven to include two small pockets on one side; shaped near the top by bringing the warps closer together. Braided and fringed camelid fibre tassels in red and brown. The top of the bag is made from plied strands of cotton yarn and edged with brown camelid fibre. A short length of braided cotton handle remains.
