Manacles.
Long description
Made from a cylindrical metal bar hammered flat at one end. The other end is rounded with a perforated loop. Two 'D' shaped cuffs are passed over the bar by means of their looped ends. The two cuff overlap in the centre. [CW [OPS Move] 11/4/2017]
