Research and responses: This textile was seen on a research visit by Khesheli Chishi and Kitoli Naje Sema Naga women from Nagaland and Vibha Joshi on the 23/24th October 2012. They commented that the village Marami should be spelt Marumi. [FB 29/10/2012]
This textile was seen by Ngutoli Y Swu (a Sümi Naga researcher) on a research visit between 17-19 January 2023. The design mixes traditional Sümi techniques with more modern Christian additions. [BLJS 19/01/2023]
