Embroidered cotton cloth of rich Christian, dark blue with dark red stripes on both sides and decorated with pattern in the middle of cloth in supplementary weft. One corner has a red dyed goats hair tassel and yellow orchid stem. [MJD 22/10/2012]

This textile was seen on a research visit by Khesheli Chishi and Kitoli Naje Sema Naga women from Nagaland and Vibha Joshi on the 23/24th October 2012. They commented that the village Marami should be spelt Marumi. [FB 29/10/2012]

This textile was seen by Ngutoli Y Swu (a Sümi Naga researcher) on a research visit between 17-19 January 2023. The design mixes traditional Sümi techniques with more modern Christian additions. [BLJS 19/01/2023]
