Book shaped metal pocket lantern. When opened three sides unfold to form a square lantern with square base which once held a ?socket or ?lamp, now missing although there remnants of solder where it once would have sat. The top, which unfolds from within is also square and is perforated with circles and triangles in concentric bands. Inside of the outer folding 'cover' is a sliding handle.
