1932.50.17Pottery lamp of light grey ware, obscured with sedimentation and surface loss. Pear shaped with rounded expanding sides to the shoulder and then rounded narrowing sides above the shoulder. Projecting wick nozzle with rounded end and no handle. There is a rim around the central filling hole on the top and a small knob set behind it. Ther are several other applied knobs on one side and what resembles a palm leaf design on the same side. There are also incised lines the length of the wick nozzle.
