This spear head was studied by Will Mills, University of Oxford, on 21 October 2014. He noted the shaft was probably made of antler. One of the lower antlers, providing evidence in the oblong shaped and the spongiosa. He tentatively said it was possibly a very large male. [MJD 22/10/2014]
