Description
Wooden dao carrier [.1] with belt [.2] decorated with coix seeds. [El.B 28/2/2007]
Long description
The dao carrier is flat, with incised and burnt decoration, with a cane strip going across its width. The belt is of blue and white textile, with two panels covered with coix seeds. Cane strips are on each side of the panel. The ends are ornamented with red wool and have short yarn fringes. There is a bone toggle for closing the belt. [El.B 28/2/2007]
