Description
Black silk petticoat or skirt
Long description
A black floor length skirt with pleated decoration at the front. Constructed with two distinct sections, the front in mercerised cotton and the back in silk. The material is pinch pleated at the waist band, with a central ruffle of inverted box pleats and gather lines. The hem is finished with a trim of inverted box pleats. The garment closes at the central back waste band with two hook and eye fastenings.
