Long description
Arrow with reed shaft and iron head. The pointed head is square in section with two barbs cut from the tang. The head is bound to the shaft with sinew and coated with black resin, possibly poison. The tail end is notched, and bound with plant fibre string. [EH [OPS move] 5/10/2017]
