1940.12.22Decorative head band worn around a flat cap by women. It comprises of a central (round/?floral) metal ornament, which is inset with a cornelian stone. This is flanked by two lengths of plaited silver wire on which further metal ornaments are suspended or attached. Two of these attachments are in the shape of cockerels.
