1928.69.636Rectangular hide shield with sloping sides. The front of the shield is decorated with tufts of red hair attached through perforations in the surface near the upper edge. Further down the shield there are plant fibre tassels, although some are now missing. On the reverse of the shield there is a grip made from bent cane, woven cane work and plant fibre.
