Description
Wooden spear with bone barbs and red coloured and natural plant fibre binding. [AFS [OPS move] 3/7/2018]
Long description
Wooden spear with bone barbs and red coloured and natural plant fibre binding. There are two sections of red and natural coloured plant fibre plaited binding with a zigzag design; one section beneath the barbs and the other where the head meets the spear shaft. There is a carved section, with 2 stylised human faces, with white pigment. Beneath this is a expanding plant fibre section. The spear shaft tapers towards the terminal. Some of the bone barbs have broken off, and the tip appears to have broken. [AFS [OPS move] 3/7/2018]
