Dart of peacock feathers sewn together around a central wooden shaft. Dart tip is of iron. The feathers are inserted into the socket of the arrowhead and held in place with ?resin or ?glue. The arrow has a loop of braided orange rope attached at the end through a hole in the wooden shaft. [SM (Verve) 30/04/2013]
