- Long description
- Dagger [.1] with two edged tapering blade and wooden hilt, with sheath [.2] with twisted leather carrying loop. The dagger has a fuller on both surfaces and has four stamped marks at the base of the blade on one surface. The hilt is made of wood and is flared at both ends. The sheath is made from wood and covered with leather on the upper half and reptile skin on the lower half and around the mouth. The leather has an embossed geometric pattern on the back of the sheath. The carrying loop is attached to the back and it worn on the arm. [SM 15/06/2007]
