- Long description
- Pottery lamp of grey or buff ware slipped red. Ovoid or tear drop shape with flat base and expanding sides. The interior is decorated with a ladder band running around the interior sides. The bottom of the interior is outlined with two raised bands, and the centre was decorated with a design within a circle, which is now obliterated. There is some blackening on the exterior.
