- Hand adze of wooden handle and stone head, for extracting sago pith from the log. The stone is flaked. The haft is carved with a design of a stylised birds beak. The stone is secured to the handle with cane binding. Underneath the cane binding the stone is also tied with fishing wire. [MJD 05/01/2015]
