- Carrying strap, tump-line of woven plant fibre in dark brown yarn and red wool. [MJD 03/12/2012]
- Long description
- Carrying strap, tump-line of woven plant fibre in dark brown and red yarn. The line is made of two sections overlapping and stitched together in the centre. The ends are fringed and plaited. The overall pattern of the warps is alternating dark and light brown. The dark brown yarn is modern multiple coloured wool. The red wool is sheep wool. There is a subtle pattern in the light brown sections; the colour alternates with red warps to create the effect of short horizontal lines. [MJD 03/12/2012]
