- Spear head with ornamental barbs and bindings (sawn off from shaft 1899.62.584.2).
- Long description
- Spear head with bone barbs and ornamental bindings (sawn off from shaft 1899.62.584.2). The bone barbs are held in place with plant fibre binding coated in red and white pigment. Below this is a section of red and yellow cane binding, an anthropomorphic carving filled in with white pigment, and a spherical decoration of plant leaf.
