Description
Pirune onate, porcelain sherd.
Long description
Pirune onate, porcelain sherd, originally part of a bowl together with 2024.20.116-119. Probably Chinese. Monne (sacred) porcelain, used in ritual and exchange at marriage as a clan valuable. The sherd has a blue-grey glaze and blue decorative lines on its exterior. The interior is plain with a central character, probably Chinese, in blue.
