- Circular aluminium metal 1 cent coin with circular central hole. The obverse is struck 'EDWARD VII KING & EMPEROR ONE CENT' with a crown at the top. The reverse has four elephant tusks in the centre with the words struck around the edge 'EAST AFRICA & UGANDA PROTECTORATES 1907'. [MJD 09/04/2010]
