Pottery figure of a dolphin
Long description
Pottery figure of a dolphin or porpoise. The interior is concave and burnished. The exterior is convex and features the depiction of a dolphin or porpoise. It has a curled tail; a band near its tail and a band around its neck, each decorated in a crosshatched pattern; two lines for a mouth, and a long, curly line coming out of each side of its eye, possibly eyelashes or eye liner. The animal is outlined by two lines.
