- Long description
- Wooden headrest with curved head support, carved and decorated stem and base with local repairs using wire. The headrest is decorated with geometric carved patterns on both sides and triangular perforations. The base has two local repairs using brass wire that has been ?hammered in to the wood on either side of two cracks. The headrest has a string carrying loop that is tied to the centre of the headrest, just below the head support. [SM (Verve) 12/02/2014]

There is a suspension or carrying loop made of wound leather attached to the base of the seat through two perforations. The legs are oval shaped at the base, and are screwed to a wooden mount.
