Hand knitted socks [.1-.2] with a pattern of triangles in yellow, brown, white and red. [N.B. 'DCF 2004-2006 What's Upstairs?' 4/4/2005]
Long description
Hand knitted woolen socks knitted in stocking stitch with about 3 cm of ribbing 3 plain 2 purl knitted on four needles. The top is natural colour the rest alternating stripes in triangles of yellow and brown then white and red round the sock. The triangles sease [sic] at the toe but the colours remain in stripes downwards and there is a small piece in red and white just under the heel.
