Description
Pistol holster and cartridge holder attached to belt made from a seat-belt [SM 15/10/2007]
Long description
Pistol holster belt. The main belt is made from a recycled car seat-belt. The seat-belt comes from a Japanese car. Attached to the belt are a pistol holster, two pockets for cartridges and several holders for bullets. All of these are made in a brown material which appears to be leather with a synthetic covering. The pistol holster is stitched and riveted. The holster has also been stamped with decorative designs. The cartridge and bullet holders have also been stitched. The holster and the cartridge holders are closed with a metal popper (press-stud) which is stamped with 'USA' and a rough version of the American flag. The clasp or buckle of the belt is formed by the seat-belt clasp. [MdeA 15/11/99]
