- Long description
- Fire fan made of woven palm leaf. The fan has an overall gold-yellow hue with some small patches of blueish-grey. The fan has a curving outer edge and straight sides which angle inwards slightly, towards the base of the fan and its handle. The handle is made from the gathered and bound ends of the interwoven palm leaf used to make the fan. The ends have been bound using plant fibre which has a dark brown colour. There is a central support through the centre of the fan, a stick of a reddish brown hue. [LKG 01/09/2009]
