The figure is wearing a tunic, decorated with notches, with a belt at the waist, and a large, wide-brimmed hat with knop on top. The drum is slightly curved with an oval section and is resting on the ground, while being suspended on a long strap over the man's left shoulder. With his left hand he holds the bottom of the strap.
