1966.3.21.1Carved base of a dark wooden candlestick. The bottom section consists of a rectangular section with two wide feet which are padded with squares of textile. The feet are separated by double arch. The broad sides are decoratively carved, and the narrow sides are carved to appear chipped. The upper portion of the squared body imitates the profile of a rounded vase with two expanded rims. Two sides decoratively carved, two have the chipped appearance.
