Research and responses

This whistle was studied by Nathan Mann and Pete Petravicius on 1 November 2013. Pete noted the quills are made from pigeon feathers. They are different thicknesses: flight feathers are thinner and tail feathers are thicker. [MJD 07/11/2013]
