This whistle was studied by Nathan Mann and Pete Petravicius on 1 November 2013. Pete noted that is it shaped like a church organ pipe. Indonesian whistles in recycled tin are starkly different, colourful updated versions of the originals. Modern ones are decorative and don't sound as good. Nathan blew from a distance and it produced a high pitch sound - even more so than others. It has small chambers and it fine and delicate. [MJD 07/11/2013]
